Nei   "Ghee"
         "Clarified Butter"

1stick unsalted butter
1 tsp. buttermilk

 

Heat a saucepan with high heat.

Add a stick of butter.

When the butter in the pan starts evaporating, move the pan, like stirring.

When the color of the butter is brown which means all the water is gone, add
buttermilk.

Keep moving the pan for a while to stir and remove the pan from the heat.

 

Note: It last in outside for about a week.
          You can also add onions afterwards much like flavored olive oil in Italian
          cooking.
